Siri can't detect current location on iPhone 15 Pro Max

Siri can't detect my location on my iPhone 15 Pro. I've made sure I allowed Siri to know my location. I also set the current location of the phone. I reset location. I restarted the phone but nothing helps. When I ask what's the weather like outside keeps saying I don't know where u are.

Any suggestions what to do?
