Exercise ring not updating to the same time as exercise

So I have the series 9 watch and its running the most up to date update thats out. My issue is the ring isn't moving the same amount as the exercise itself. I had this happen a couple months ago but it was an issue where the ring failed to update correctly on auto detected exercises. It would show the "are you wokring out?" I would then start trakcing and then stop it after the workut say, 15 min but the ring would only update like 10-12 almost from the point that I said to track it, not really a big issue I could alwasy just manually add the few minutes, it was never an issue with manually started exercises. I think it might have also been for the move ring but not sure.

Today though, I was only up to 13 min on the ring so I though I'd just get the rest on the treadmill so I walked for about 20 minutes but didnt get the completion notification, I checked and after 20 min I was at only 22 for the day where I was at 13 before I strated walking. The entire 20 min is recorded but the ring wasn't updating, same way it was with the auto detected in the past. I tried walking a couple more minutes and after 4 minutes the ring wouldn't update past the 22 min mark. I restarted the watch, phone, checked settings like motion & location, wrist detection, all seems fine. I ended up manually adding 10 minutes of "other" and right away it updated. Those couple month ago I contacted support and after trying the troubleshooting I ended up having to re-pair the watch which was a bit of an issue itself but eventually started working and synced up everything. Now though even manually started the exercise ring was off, the move ring though it updated every calorie in sync with the active workout. Anything else to try other than having to re-pair?
