I have been locked out of my admin main account in my MacBook. Whenever I type the password it says my account is locked. When I go on my other account and try to change the user settings it says I need admin details to get access to the privelages but I don’t know the admin password and I want to reset it. How do you reset admin password without knowing it?

Reset it using the login screen. You'd go through your Apple ID to perform this. Find out more here: If you Forgot your Mac Login Password - Apple Support. Make sure that caps lock is not enabled when typing it.
