My iPhone 15 Pro Max shows ‘locked to owner’ with no place to enter my Apple ID and password anywhere.
My iPhone 15 Pro Max shows locked to owner and on the screen where it says, ‘There is a problem with this iPhone. It has been reported lost or stolen…’ there is no place to enter my Apple ID and password. Apple cannot figure out what to do, it seems, (though everyone who helped me or is helping me has been great and gone @ this problem from multiple angles) and it is NOT locked through AT&T. I’ve contacted Apple multiple times and spoken with three senior advisors, and I’ve gone to the Apple Store three times, I’ve submitted proof of purchase to Apple from AT&T, where I originally purchased the phone, (they are my carrier) and I’ve submitted a copy of my ID. Also, this happened on May 5, 2024, so on June 6 the device was removed from my device list on iCloud. I had AppleCare plus loss and theft, but I never filed a claim and there was never one filed. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do, please? thank you so much!
