Notes App Not Showing Icloud folder
As of tonight my notes app does not show ANY folders. All my notes are on the icloud folder and available on icloud and it is just my phone that has no folders.?! Sync is turned on…

If Notes Don't Show Up in Folders:
A. Start with a Restart:
If things are missing, then start with a restart. Go here: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
If that doesn't work...
B. Perform New iCloud Session:
Sign out of iCloud and then sign back in. It all needs to resync.
