Hi! Mom’s Iphone XR stopped working, phone probably overheated. She got a new Iphone, but doesn’t remember her Apple ID and password (however the latter can be changed). Is there a way to recall Apple ID? So we could log in to her latest version, hopefully with backups done. Sadly she lost all here data because of her previous Iphone just malfunctioning and not turning on again.
