Hacked, Trying to make me someone else, and stealing my identity.. HELP

So for a couple of years now I’ve slowly had money trickling out various accounts of mine. I knew something was array, but I worked so much and never had any time(you see something you do something now!) anyways a certain relationship kept coming back into my life. Come to find out this person was stealing everything from me. Including family members of his.?currently my android phone and iPhone are so hacked emails ids,etc I just don’t know just to do. I’ve filed multiple police reports. And on top of all of this I’m a victim of DV by the same person. So it’s another form of DV! :( pls help me anyone hopelessnindiana. Ps. More specifically my Apple ID is compromised…
