iCloud account on my iPhone was compromised

Subject: URGENT – My iCloud Account Was Stolen and My iPhone Compromised (Device is in My Possession)

Dear Apple Security & Abuse Team,

My name is Gagik. I am writing to urgently report that my iCloud account has been stolen, and my iPhone is being remotely accessed and controlled by an unauthorized person. Although the iPhone is physically in my possession, I no longer have access to my Apple ID.

I received this iPhone as a gift, and I have been using it regularly for a long time. Recently, someone hacked into my Apple ID account, changed the email, password, and recovery options, and is actively tampering with account data. I have lost control over my own Apple account.

I contacted Apple Support from Armenia, but I was told it might take up to a month for a response. That is too long — the attacker continues to access my device and data, and I fear they may misuse it.

I kindly ask you to immediately:

1. Suspend access to the stolen iCloud account

2. Investigate the situation and help me recover my account

3. Prevent the attacker from using or reselling the account or device

I am ready to provide any additional information you need, including proof of identity and device details. Please help me restore my access and protect my personal information.
