Apple Devices App on Windows

I am unable to sync ringtones stored on my Windows PC to my iPhone using the new Apple Devices App for Windows.

NOTES:

I have tried using multiple PCs and Multiple devices, still the ringtones are not appearing in Settings > Sounds and Haptics > Ringtones on my iPhone.
I have tried contacting Apple Support and they just blatantly refused to help me saying that they are not trained on Windows.

Can somebody check and help me?

I have also tried adding them to the “Automatically Add to iTunes” folder and even tried adding them to the “Automatically Add to Music” folder, syncing after every change to no avail. I used the iFunBox app to take a peek in the folder where the ringtones use to be stored and there are no m4r files to be found there. I was about to purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro Max, but the overheating issue gave me pause and now I need to be sure I can get the custom ringtones to work on my current iPhone so I can feel comfortable that I can get them to work on the iPhone 15 when I order it. I’ve read every support article I could locate and tried all of the suggestions. If anyone has a solution for me I will be eternally grateful.

Ringtones from iTunes aren’t showing up / can’t assign I just downloaded a couple of ringtones directly from iTunes, onto my phone. (Did not sync yet). The tones aren’t showing up, nor can I assign a ringtone to a contact. Is this no longer a thing with the latest IOS? I have an SE 2020, ,thanks.

Ringtone transfer issue from macOS Sequoia 15.2 to iPhone MacBook Pro M2 running macOS Sequoia 15.2 is connected to an iPhone. Both Finder and Music do not provide a ringtone category when connected to an iPhone. So there is no place for the ringtone to go when you try to drop a ringtone on Finder or Music. Nothing happens, so the ringtone does not show up in the Sounds & Haptics area of the iPhone. Thus you can't download a new created ringtone to an iPhone with macOS Sequoia 15.2.
