My one year old Apple Watch SE won’t turn on

I Locked my watch from water yesterday and went swimming in a pool for about 40 minutes and my watch died so I thought being on water lock drained the battery so I put it on the charger and it said it was charging.. turned on for a few minutes and kept automatically turning SIRI on for 10 minutes and now it won’t turn on.. worn it in the pool before with lock and it was fine.. how do I fix this?

If the watch has been exposed to water this may be the cause, however try a forced restart.

Force Apple Watch to restart

To force restart, hold down the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for at least ten

seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
