Is it possible to link a newly bought iPad from Amazon to my ATT account?

I bought an IPad Air through ATT but if I were to buy another IPad through Amazon is it possible to link the new IPad to my ATT account?

You should simply need to move the physical SIM between devices, or transfer the eSIM from your old to new iPad:

Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPad - Apple Support

Are you replacing the current iPad with the new one or are you wanting to have both iPads on the AT&T account? If it is the latter you will need to check with AT&T to make sure your account is eligible to add another device
