I lost power for a week and now my apple tv control doesn't want to connect with my apple TV 4k. I try to reconnect my remote but it keep showing Pair your remote bring it closer to Apple tv and nothing happen. how can i reset my apple tv using my computer without the remote.

If your Apple TV box reacts to trying to pair the remote (successfully or not), then its software is working fine and doesn’t need a factory reset. Doing a factory reset requires a functional remote to do it yourself, or else you will need assistance from an Apple technician. Connecting your Apple TV to a computer through USB isn’t supported for the 4K models.
