Can taking a photo of the sun damage your phone camera ?
So i took a photo of the sun with my iphone 15 pro max and i want to know if i damaged my camera

No.
But I would be aware to not for extended time interval—the consensus from phone manufacturers in general:
the phone's fragile camera sensors can not be exposed to the light for too long.
