Is it possible to damage the iPhone 13 camera by taking a photo of the sky

I took a photo of the sky by pointing my iPhone 13 camera to the sky for about 10 seconds. It's only when I checked my photo afterwards that I noticed how bright this particular patch of whiteness (most probably from the sun) is! Has taking this photo damaged my camera or will I be just fine?

Sorry if I sound a bit paranoid - I just bought this phone and I'm not too keen on breaking it right away ;) More information is listed below.

iPhone 13, iOS 17

well, NO. But it's possible. It depends on how long you leave it pointed at the sun. One second is probably fine, but if you left it for 20–30 seconds, you would probably damage it. UV filters are not sufficient to protect the sensor and any type of camera (even iPhone camera) could be damaged.
