Unknown microphone

hi. after using my camera and i open the control center, i see the usual green and orange dot, meaning that my camera and microphone had been in use. but underneath it also says that an “unknown” used my microphone. this doesn’t happen just anytime, only after i use my camera. i have disabled my microphone in every app so i really don’t understand and i’m a bit anxious bc of this. i also saw that in settings the camera app initially doesnt use your microphone, so i really don’t get why it’s there after i use it. i hope i could explain it well. thank you for your help.
