It’s been going on for months multiple attempts I tried reporting it to apple and I’ve checked my purchase history and there no 69.99 amount purchases ever what is apple trying to me for and how do I STOP IT PLEASE HELPPP

Not sure what you mean when you tried reporting it to Apple. Give them a call and have them verify if the charge is legitimate.

In the cases that I have seen on this forum, if you are unable to see the charge in your Purchase History or Subscriptions, then it indicates that your card has been compromised. Scammers use the description of well known companies so you will not dispute the charge. I would not wait any longer. Contact Apple first, and if the charge is not legitimate, contact your bank so they can issue you a new card.

Have you checked in your icloud account to see if there is a subscription in your account?
On your phone
Click on Settings (gear icon)
Select your account (on top)
Look under the section "Subscriptions"
Is anything there?
This is where you would also want to cancel any free trials on apps and subscriptions before they start or renew as well.
Turn on Renewel Receipts ( turn it green )
Did purchase Apple Care (warranty service)?
Maybe make an appointment at an Apple Store to see if they can help you in person.
