A corrupted file causing difficulty in emptying trash bin on my MacBook

I can't empty the thrash bin because of a corrupted file

Restart the Mac and then empty the Trash. If that also doesn't work, then you might have some login item or startup item using that file. Ultimately, you'll have to start up your Mac in the safe mode by holding down the Shift key. Then try emptying the Trash and restart your Mac in the usual way.
