So I got blocked after a argument and randomly it will suddenly show that I can message her again blue bubbles etc then when I went to try it turns green again is that from her unblocking my number and then reblocking it? Or is it just something with iMessage?

It has nothing to do with anything that she is doing on her end. Just because there is a blue bubble does not mean that she has unblocked you. You are not made aware of whether you are blocked or not. If you were made aware that you had previously been blocked, then I would suspect that is still the case.
Thank you I was confused why suddenly it would change to blue instead of green. Or allow me share my location to her because even that once blocked is gone. But randomly it will be like I’m unblocked. I appreciate the help.
