Adding game app to new iPad, so go to app purchases, just put in name and, oh dear can’t do that, as I have to name a year. Surely this is not correct. I’ve got purchased app back years! So I have to check every year as there seems to be no way to choose ALL APPS. Is this another wonderful apple update as with a new iPad - the last one died - I’m on 17.5.1

if the date of purchase is of no consequence, instead of searching the Purchase History for your account within the App Store App, instead choose Apps and then choose either:
a) the All tab (will list all Apps purchased from the App Store in reverse chronological order)
b) the Not on this iPad tab (will list all purchased Apps not yet installed on the target device)
