iCloud reminders sync with iPhone and Windows Desktop (running iCloud for Windows), but not with iPad

I've tried all of the recommendations with no luck:

• Check the system status of iCloud Reminders for services outages or connection issues.
• Make sure your iPhone and iPad have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS
• Make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on all of your devices.
• Check you've turned on Reminders in your iCloud settings.
• Check that the date and time settings on your device are correct for your current location.
• Delete all completed and overdue reminders from iCloud, then restart all devices.

Is there anything else to try?
