files cannot be dowloaded from cloud
Hello everyone! I’ve been struggling for a few months with this issue on my iPhoneI have some files (pictures, pdf, …) on the cloud and when I click on the file, I receive this message.
It’s not a network error, my internet is working correctly. I have free space on my iPhone and cloud. Cloud is paid for and everything should be working. I thought that the problem might be the country I am living in, but now I’m in another one and no change.
I would be grateful if you had any idea or suggestions how to fix it, and if you explained to me why is this happening?
