keyboard shortcut for email address

I use a Macbook Pro with Sonoma 14.5. Trying to create a shortcut for my email address. Can't find the solution. thanks

Can't paste email address in Mac Mail As of this morning I can't paste a new email address (one that is not already in my address book or found in my emails) into the address field of Mac Mail. When I try to paste a new address into the email address field, I get a back slash followed by a menu of addresses found in my address book/emails. This happens whether I paste using the keyboard, using the right-click of my trackpad, or using my clipboard manager app, iClip. (BTW I updated iClip--no improvement--and then I Quit iClip--no change). I'm using Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1. I have updated everything that the App Store prompted me to update. How do I add multiple email address suggestion to Mac Safari? When I'm on a website in safari and click on an enter email it shows one suggested email address. how do I add more email address to the suggested email address? Thanks so much, fred

You could use Text Replacement as an alternative: Replace text and punctuation in documents on Mac - Apple Support.

For instance the text "@me" would pop up the full email address and, using only the keyboard, you'd press the down arrow key and return to make the substitution.
