How do I change Owner Password for PDF annotations??
I don’t remember ever setting up this password and I cant annotate or sign PDF documents without it. Please help.

If these are passwords on documents that you downloaded, or received in e-mail, you would not have been the one who set up the password.
The "owner" would be the person who set up the document, and the "owner password" would be there to restrict whatever anyone else (such as you) could do to the document.
How do I change Owner Password for PDF annotations??
