How to turn off two factor authentication on my iPhone?
Can’t turn off? Grayed Out.
Is there a Side Door?
A Short Cut?
A Treasure Map?

Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
"If you're already using two-factor authentication with your Apple ID, you can't turn it off. If you updated to two-factor authentication inadvertently, you can turn it off within two weeks of enrollment. If you do, your account is less secure and you can't use features that require a higher level of security."

Nope. There's no back door and once you turn it on, which is honestly a really GOOD thing to turn on, you had two weeks to opt out. If you didn't opt out in the first two weeks, there's no going back. And even if you could, certain feature of your phone wouldn't work without 2FA.
Once enabled, you cannot disable 2 factor authentication.
