How can I turn my wallpaper into a photo?

Use a Computer for this:

For me, I use MS Word*, and then keep copying-&-pasting it until it gets the size I would like. Then, I take a screenshot. Then, it is uploaded to iCloud Photos. Then, I chose that from the Photos app.
