Im trying to remove theatre mode from my I-watch. When I go to my list it’s no longer there to be able to turn it off and I know it used to be there. Confused . Com

This only invokes the Control Center if the OP's watch is still using watchOS 9 or earlier.
The OP's iPhone is running iOS 17, so they likely have upgraded the watch to watchOS 10 which changed how to invoke the Control Center to the method that I have described.
