how can I unlock my Iphone 13 without starting the reset process

How to reset it? With the passcode.


The passcode is how your data is encrypted and decrypted.


No passcode means no decryption means no data access.


Without the passcode, you're left to reset the passcode and which resets the device contents.

Then restore your backups:


The only way to mark data as being valuable is with backups:


If this is the iPhone SE from the footer (seemingly 1st gen, given the iOS version), it may well have a hardware problem with the display and related digitization hardware.
