Unable to unlock iPhone with passcode
Been trying to unlock my phone l put the passcode it doesn’t let me. Now I have to wait 3 hours

Correct. Wait 3 hours and then input the correct passcode.
If you continue to enter the wrong passcode, you will be locked out completely after 10 tries. At that point, you will have to erase the phone and set it up again with a new passcode.
