Connecting non WiFi printer

trying to connect new 2024 iPad Air to a wired printer. Found on internet to use USB OTG adaptor. (On the go). New iPad has different charging cord than older one. Can someone tell me exactly what type of cord does my new 2024 iPad take?

in other words, what exactly do I look for when buying this OTG adapter?

I want to connect printer to mini ipad,what is the extension called . My printer connects to MacBook but ipad has a different ‘ hole’, what is the extension called that I need to connect printer to mini ipad —- thanks in advance x
