System data is increasing day by day. How do I decrease it

Yesterday my system data was below 11 GB and now it is almost 14 GB. When I clear some space its been stolen by the system data. And I'm using an iPhone 7 32GB Variant. somebody please help.

There is no help to give. System data is not under control of the user and is part of iOS. You can’t “fix” it. If your iPhone is behaving normally you should just ignore it.
