You can add music to Final Cut Pro for iPad. Either place the music file on your iPad or plug in an external drive with the file on it.

In Final Cut Pro for iPad, press the import button, choose import from Files

navigate to where the music file is stored, select it and choose Open

The music track appears in the browser

Where you can edit it to the timeline:

What do you mean by "My Music"?

Is it something you have composed or tracks purchased from elsewhere?

If it is the latter, you do not own it! The music (copyright) belongs to the composer or record company.

You only have the right to listen to it on your own premises but not to use it for any other purpose such as in films or as accompaniment to yoga or dance classes etc.

For any public playing of it you need a licence.
