How can I identify and remove malicious apps?

I’m also having problems with this app it’s not just on my accounts. It’s also on my family. I’ve emailed these people about seven or eight times and I’m getting spam mail like my important mail. I don’t know what this is. I don’t know how it got on there has been hacked. I know that, someone is manipulating deleting my photos files intercepting my emails that I do get well. I thought I was getting. I just noticed this track app or our emails. I’m trying to find out if the person that has hacked my account my Google and my Apple and not just my account. He’s also in my family. I’m trying to find out if he’s the one put this track up or whatever it is on my Gmail and Apple ID, I don’t know what it is and I never heard of it
