Join CD Tracks Under One Title

So I already know how to join multiple cd tracks into 1 track, which is a GREAT feature for Audiobook CDs (Don't get me started on the ridiculousness of how they separate chapters into smaller tracks). What I'd like to do is have those tracks NOT combine into 1 long title.

For Instance:

If I were to join tracks 1- 3 that are titled Chapter 1, 1b, & 1c then they would look something like this (Chapter 1, 1b, 1c.m4a) when looking at the library track listing & the folder.

What I would like is to have them just combine together and only take the 1st track's title.

i.e. Chapter 1.m4a

Is this possible? Or do I have to just keep editing the track titles as they finish?
