iCloud sync stuck for one day
iCloud sync appears to be stuck as this display has not changed much in 24 hrs.

I went to System Settings/iCloud/iCloud Drive then, there are two options:
iCloud Drive "Keep your files in sync..." Then, I turned this option OFF despite the warning.
Desktop & Documents Folders "Keep your Desktop..." Then I turned this option OFF despite the warning.
Clicked DONE.
Then, I returned to those two settings and turned them both ON.
Within seconds, my desktop was back in sync without being stuck.
