Syncing with iCloud paused

Keeps showing syncing with iCloud paused and can’t get it to unpause

iPhone 15 Pro Max, iOS 17

If your iCloud storage is full, syncing will pause. Go to Settings > your name > iCloud to see your storage usage. You can free up space by deleting old backups or enabling iCloud Photos optimization.
