Issue w/ calls after Switching carrier

I switched from Verizon to Spectrum. But when I make calls outside of other iPhone users, I get an automated message from Verizon saying the call can’t be completed. When I pull down the info it still shows Verizon as the provider

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 17
