Grey screen instead of my live wallpaper on MacBook Air

I have a 2022 MacBook Air and just opted to upgrade to macOS Sonoma 14.5. I was happy to be able to enjoy the live wallpaper feature, but after a few weeks, my screen glitched and the wallpaper stopped showing, and all I now have is a grey screen. I tried rebooting it in safe mode, but it didn't work. I can no longer open my wallpaper page in the settings; it just loads and loads but never opens. Does anyone have any advice?

Everything was fine and dandy and the new screensavers/wallpaper were working great. this morning when I woke up the Mac it went to a gray wallpaper and it will not change. My MacBook pro 16 shows default ventura lockscreen walpaper everytime after shutdown. Why ? After shutdown & power my MacBook, why not showing my saved wallpaper on login screen ?

My wallpaper keeps resetting itself after reboot My own wallpaper (desktop image) keeps resetting itself after I reboot my 16" MacBook Pro M2 Max to the default macOS Ventura wallpaper (the yellow one). I have the latest update 13.3.1 running. Does anyone else have this issue?
