MacBook Air displaying shadow?

I have a MacBook Air and I just found out when I use my camera from my iphone to take a picture of the screen, it displays this shadow like thing behind text. It’s not noticeable to the naked eye and it wasn’t like this before. I don’t know if I did something wrong with the settings or while cleaning it but it just appeared.

Shadowy/blurry screen It’s like, I can physically see several lines on my screen and it gives letters a shadow effect (as if the letters are on top of each other) and everything is blurred and wonky. This is not the first it happened but I don’t remember what I did and no useful results on the web come up. Any solutions?
