Why does my Mac show excessive Screen Time on a specific website?

so, I haven't used my Mac all day, from 12-4 but, somehow, it shows that I've been on monstercat.com all day, yet safari shows only 1 hour usage, from me actually using it. battery did not change levels.


oh and while I'm here, can anyone tell me why apple discussions isn't giving me mail notifications? It's not blocked, and I have the option for notifications on

If you were to look at your Subscription Tab in your User Profile


You will see the number of Replies to any given Question you have Participated In and Subscribed to.


It also includes the name of Contributor who was the last one offering a reply to any given question


There are 3 Question you have participated in in the last 2 Weeks


Of which one 1 has receive a reply


The Other 2 have Not
