How to cancel macbook pro warranty renewal?

I want to cancel warranty renewal. And i didn't find any cancellation button. Please tell me the process to follow!

Before you decide to do that, remember that display replacement NOT under AppleCare PLUS costs US$600. for the 14-in MacBook Pro.

I am from india and I am entering my number they said add correct num but i am not able to change the time zone and cant replace +1 to 91. Any suggestions !!
