Is MacBook Air 2016 compatible with macOS Sequoia update?

MacBook Air 2016 iOS Monterey 12.7.5

I keep checking for the new iOS Sequoia update and my MacBook Air 2016 does not seem to have this as an option? Is there an option to manually download this, or is my laptop too old?

There were no 2016 MacBook Airs - were you perhaps referring to a 2015 model purchased in 2016 ?!?

No Mac of any kind released before 2017, and no MacBook Air released before 2020, will be able to run Sequoia.

For Early 2015 MacBook Airs, and 2017 MacBook Airs, Monterey is the end of the line.
