Print job from iPad to HP printer hung up. Wheel spinning but job not printing.

Thanks for your attempts to help. My problem turned out to be a sudden lack of ink. I purchased non HP replacement cartridges from Amazon awhile back and had problems with them being accepted by HPs firmware. A new set eventually worked until yesterday when they didn’t. After spending a lot of time on diagnostics and trying to print from my mobile devices, I tried simply copying an already printed document. That didn’t work either and I noticed the ink cartridges all appeared to be empty. I didn’t get any low ink warnings and I find it a little suspicious that they all depleted at the exact same time, but I went to the store and bought official HP replacement ink and everything is working again.
