Apple TV enrolment into Apple School Manager via Apple Configurator 2

We are unable to enrol new 4K Ethernet Apple TVs into Apple School Manager via Configurator 2.

This was working perfectly a few months ago. When I click prepare, I can see the Apple TV is rebooting but not showing up under the devices in ASM. Has anyone encountered this issue recently?

Please contact your Apple representative, or else Apple Support. Most users here will know about the device, but Apple School Manager is kind of a niche, for which few or none of the regulars will have experience.
