Lost Developer options in the settings when configured with Apple configurator tool from MAC

1) Connected MAC and Apple TV to the same network

2) Installed Apple Configurator in MAC and tried pairing the apple TV

3) Once paired, created the profile

4) The Apple TV restarted on its own and once re-started, i lost the VPN and Device Management in the settings section of the Apple TV

I have tried re-setting the apple TV multiple times, but no luck so far.

Developer options for the Apple TV box should come from Xcode, not Configurator I think, when paired.

I have had to re-pair several times, after some of the updates, so apparently it is sensitive to versioning, and possibly other disruptions.

Pair your Mac to your Apple TV - Apple Support

If you’re a developer, you can pair your Mac to your Apple TV so you can use developer features and record screenshots or capture video on Apple TV. Here's how:
1. Make sure that your Mac and Apple TV are on the same Wi-Fi network.
2. On your Mac, open Xcode and choose Window > Devices and Simulators.
3. On your Apple TV, go to Settings > Remotes and Devices > Remote App and Devices.
4. In the Xcode device manager, select your Apple TV.
5. Enter the six-digit pin that appears on the Apple TV on your Mac.
Your Apple TV is now paired with your Mac. To unpair your Mac, open Xcode > Device Manager, select your Apple TV, then choose Unpair.
