Seeking Apple email contact detail for support

Need a refund for an unauthorized purchase. Cannot initiate refund process as APP does not show as active subscription

I have been in email chats with their “support” for two days telling them to remove or refund the charge. I have never downloaded or signed up for their app. They admit that they can’t find an account under my Apple ID email yet they have charged me. Clearly someone used my CC fraudulently yet they can’t find an account using a credit card that ends in the last 4 numbers that I gave them. thwy have no customer service telephone number and they keep asking me for an invoice number or ID in my confirmation email—which I obviously don’t have since I wasn’t the one who signed up for their app. my CC company is investigating the fraud but this company is a joke. Unauthorized charge but refused to refund Recently someone use my apple account balance to purchase game item and app over $300, i noticed from got email said below “Your apple account was just used to make a purchase in Roblox on a computer or device that has not previously been used.” then I immediately changed my password and call apple support to report this happened with refund, they check all the things even they look into my phone together, find out this is not from me because I don’t have that app and also the game. Final decision was refused to refund. Speak with apple support again says this is first case someone literally logged in my apple id with their phone(iphone SE, i am 14 pro max) and purchased so that is why they refused to refund. They should notice me when someone log in with my apple account with unusual area or IP(email i got said “ This purchase was initiated from the United States.” but i am in Australia) and decision comes out refuse refund I feel if same happen again, Apple will refuse refund again. From now on, how can i trust Apple’s security and can put my money in to my apple balance ?

I got scammed by Better.me app Even though I don't have a subscription, better.me charged 29 USD to my credit card. I asked for a refund, but there was neither a refund nor an answer. This is a scam and I am complaining. Apple should not be the intermediary for the fraudulent application. This expense doesn't show up in Apple invoices and so I can't even complain to Apple. Have any of you had an experience like this?

Cannot do this via this portal. Phoned Apple support and issue resolved thanks
