Your tag line indicates that you have an iPhone 6 running iOS 12. That phone cannot be updated to iOS 13 or later. Many modern apps require something higher than iOS 12 – and therefore are incompatible with that phone.

If you are having trouble getting iOS 12.5.7 (the latest release of iOS 12) to work on your iPhone 6, please say that and provide more detail.
