The HP Smart Tank 7305 All-In-One Printer is listed as an AirPrint model in the June 18, 2024 en-us edition of About AirPrint - Apple Support. This means that the printer should be compatible with macOS 10.15 Catalina, without the need for additional drivers. Make sure that the printer is connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router) as the Mac.

AirPrint works with wireless (Wi-Fi) or wired (Ethernet) network connections, so you could use Ethernet from the printer to one of the LAN ports of the Wi-Fi router (instead of connecting the printer wirelessly) if you so wish.

Check that the latest printer firmware is installed (see also the information provided by stedman1).

If necessary, reset the printing system and re-add the printer to use AirPrint.
