I've added another Apple ID to my iPhone, which was formerly used with another account, but I won't keep it (the account ;) ).
I've uninstalled and reinstalled most of the apps, but the app store update is linked to that previous account, so I can't update it now.
Any recommendations on how to solve this?

If you mean you downloaded apps with a different ID and now want to update them, they will require you be signed in with the same account used to get them in the first place. The two solutions are:
1) Delete the apps and buy them again with your current account.
2) Set up Family Sharing between the two accounts. Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

In the support article: If you subscribe to Apple One and use a different Apple ID for iCloud - Apple Support Apple alludes to being able to use a different Apple ID just for media, subscriptions, and purchases, but doesn't describe how to do this. See if these work:
In iOS/iPadOS: Go to Settings > [your Apple ID] > Media & Purchases. Sign out of the current ID and sign in with a different one.
In Ventura or later: First, quit Settings. Then, in App Store, choose “Sign Out” in the Store menu, then click on the “sign in” button that appears in the main window. You can then sign into the other account. (from: Using different Apple ID for media & … - Apple Community )
