Syncing email accounts on my devices

My Comcast email is only coming through on my Mac, it has stopped updating on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Have you recently changed your Comcast password?


Another possibility: Do you use VPN? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile.


A 3rd possibility: There is a worldwide outage of Microsoft 365 and Azure today. If Comcast uses an Azure-based server to provide mobile email that might be the cause also.
