I'm the trusted contacted for my wife and I'm trying to "Get Recovery Code" so she can access her account, but I get a message that says "Not Available, Error Description not available"
I've logged out and then back in to all my devices but I still get the same error message whe I try to Generate a recovery code for her.
Does anyone have a solution to this Error problem?
